“Will you come preach at our church?” the pastor asked.
“Sure!” I answered. “What’s the topic or passage you’d like me to cover?”
Well, let’s just say the answer surprised me!

Even though I didn’t choose this challenging topic, I loved every minute of preparing and delivering a sermon about it to the congregations of Crosspoint Wesleyan Church in Lynchburg, Virginia, in April of 2022.

I love how this church studies the Bible in focused diligence and prayerful humility, and it’s always a thrill to worship and learn with them.
